Welcome to my personal training website! My journey began in 2015 when I started out as a personal trainer in Kimberley, South Africa. With a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, I quickly developed a reputation for providing exceptional service and achieving outstanding results with my clients.

As my business grew, I decided to take on new challenges and opportunities, leading me to relocate to Cape Town. Since then, I have continued to build my brand and expand my services, providing tailored training and nutrition plans to clients from all walks of life.

Alongside my personal training services, I have also competed in a number of weightlifting competitions, including regional and national events. These experiences have not only helped me develop my skills as a trainer but have also given me a unique perspective on the challenges and rewards of competitive fitness.

My approach to training is simple but effective. I believe in creating personalized plans that take into account each client’s unique goals, fitness levels, and lifestyle. I also prioritize education and communication, empowering my clients with the knowledge and skills they need to continue making progress long after their sessions with me have ended.

The frequency of your workouts will depend on your individual goals and fitness level. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your fitness goals and create a workout plan that works for you. Typically, I recommend working out at least 3-4 times per week to see results.

No, you don’t need any equipment to get started with personal training. I provide all the necessary equipment during our training sessions. If you prefer to work out on your own, I can provide recommendations for at-home equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals.
